The Secret of Take a Bath for Health and beauty Good morning, everyone! How are you today? I hope you all fine and health and beauty…amen. What is the most fun health and beauty activity in the morning? Besides doing some exercise, of course. I thought the most fun and health activity in the morning is taking a bath. Everything related with water give us freshness. Water is a substance from nature which has a lot of benefit for human, animal and plants. We all depend on the water. We need water as a daily need. I thought we took a bath every day, right. The main factor we need take a bath for cleanliness but the bath is also useful for health and beauty. I heard many people said that they spend much time in bath room. After working hard all day long, they need to relax. No wonder they soak their body in the bath tub while listening to music or by adding essential oil for aroma therapy. There’s a great sensation while the water touch the skin. All fatigue will disappear as soon as possible.  Personally I’ve proven this many times. After the break from teaching, I felt fresh and I got new power after took a bath.

There’s a study has published by the New England Journal of Medicine showed that the diabetes patients who spent only a half hour soak in a tub of warm water can lower blood sugar levels by about 13 percent. Other research has been done in Japan said that with a 10-minute soak in warm water can improve heart health both of men and women. That’s amazing report just for doing this activity regularly every day. Even I got other information that take a bath also has a role to boost the immune system, prevent skin diseases, even to healing some of serious medical problems. Sometimes we don’t pay attention to this. Just take a bath enough for us, instead there a secret behind take a bath. Most of us thought that this is just an activity to cleanse the body. But with the right ritual we’re getting a lot of benefits, especially for our health. Sorry, ritual is like a mystical. How if I use this sentence: with the correct procedures for bathing we got a lot of benefit. I classify the secret of take a bath into two sections. Bathing use warm water and take a bath with the cold water. Cold water is mean not very cold like an ice but water which is not boiled

think the modern house has been equipped with water heating facilities. We need something quick and instant. We can use this technology to get warm water. But for alternative we can do this manually. By boil the water, and then mix it with cold water. The warm water is ready to use. The benefit a shower using warm water like :

Remove toxins

This is always become a good moment for us if we want to use warm water with temperature around 32-35 Celsius degrees. With this temperature has a function to open the pores which can help remove toxins. Warm bath also can help lowering blood sugar levels, heal sore muscles and helps keep the colon working properly. I recommended the best time for 10-20 minutes.

Do you remember my hub about the benefit of apple cider vinegar. This time I’ll show to you the combination between take a bath and apple cider vinegar. We can use this method to healing infection like thrush. Thrush can be helped by adding three or four spoon full of apple cider vinegar into the bathtub. It’s also good to remove toxins from the body because the vinegar has a function to re-balance the acid. Add the warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Actually I never thought before that by simplest activity by soaking feet in warm water can help cure colds and headaches and it also refresh tired legs. Pour the warm water into the bathtub to cover the foot and ankle. What next…… and then we can add a few drops of oils such as lavender, peppermint or lemon.  After finished we can flush with cold water. Do it for 10-20 minutes.

Do you felt fatigue very often? This is a sign that there’s a bad circulation in our body. What should we do? Try these tips: soaking the feet alternately between warm water and cold water. Start by soaking the foot for one or two minutes in warm water, then 30 minutes in cold water. Try to do for 15 minutes and then finished with cold water. I also heard that this method also good to launch .the health and beauty.

This could happen very often, right. We can’t deny about this. Our life surrounded by a lot of problem like working, family, relationship even family problem. We need simple method to reduce kind of this stress. Bathing with the cold water will be the right answer. I recommended using the temperature around 12-18 Celsius degrees. Take a bath using cold water also good to reduce tension.  I heard other information. It was said that bathing ritual in the morning with cold water usually done by Japanese samurai warriors in the past. This ritual is commonly called Misogi in Japanese. The habit was intended to cleanse the soul so that the mind becomes more calm and get through the days with full of new spirit. Actually this logically happen to our body when a cold shower can relieve depression and stress effect. After take a bath, the body felt fresh, the mind becomes calmer, clearer and more relax, right.

supplements for women

It should come as no surprise that women have different nutritional needs than men. Women’s bodies handle stress differently than men’s bodies, and their complicated systems require a variety of nutrients to perform at optimum levels. Because a woman’s health changes with the cyclical nature of her body, it is important that she keep up with this cycle and supplement her nutritional intake accordingly. Let’s look at how a woman can best do this to maintain peak health all year long.

Many people can benefit from supplementing with Essential Fatty Acids, or EFAs, but they are of utmost import for women. Not only are they essential for optimum brain functioning, these supplements play an important role in heart health for women. They are quite beneficial for the hair, skin and nails, all of which concerns are on the top of a woman’s list.

Women will do a lot for the sake of beauty, and it may even include eating fish when they don’t like the taste of it. Salmon is probably the best natural source of EFAs, but if you would prefer to take your fish oil quickly and easily you can do so with a tablet or capsule. So long as you are diligent with your supplement regimen, you can reap the same benefits as you would by eating a lot of fish.

Another very important supplement for women is folic acid. The body does not easily manufacture folic acid, so it is important to supplement the diet with this B-vitamin derivative. It is especially critical for women to get folic acid, especially women of child-bearing years. Every prenatal vitamin contains folic acid and most practitioners will suggest an additional folic acid supplement even while a pregnant woman is taking a prenatal vitamin.

This is true even after childbirth, and while a woman is still breastfeeding. Folic acid deficiencies have been known to cause birth defects. If you are within the range of child-bearing years and you think you may become pregnant, it is a good idea to start supplementing with folic acid even if you do not anticipate pregnancy for many months. The best plan for a safe and healthy pregnancy is to build up folic acid in your system prior to the time when a developing fetus may need to rely on it.

Calcium is a mineral that is especially important for women to have in plentiful amounts. Women are much more prone to osteoporosis, and the chance of developing this debilitating condition can be greatly reduced by taking in sufficient amounts of calcium before you significantly age. Along with calcium, women should take magnesium in a ratio of 2:1. Magnesium helps calm anxiety, and more important for women it reduces premenstrual cramps and hormonal fluctuations that cause emotional upset during this time of a woman’s cycle.

During a woman’s cycle, certain herbs have been touted as being quite helpful although they remain somewhat controversial as to efficacy and safety. One herb that is very popular for women is dong quai, which is said to lessen mood swings and cramping and have a direct effect on estrogen and progesterone levels.

Another herb that is known for this is wild yam. Some women use a cream made from wild yam that you can rub directly into the skin of your hands or elsewhere, and they indicate that it evens your levels of estrogen and progesterone because the herb itself has plant hormone levels similar to those a woman has during her menstrual cycle.

As indicated above, the efficacy and safety levels of these herbs are often the subject of much debate among health professionals. Last in this list of herbs is black cohosh, which again is used by many to help ease premenstrual symptoms. It can be taken in tea or tincture form, and also comes in a capsule or tablet if that is preferable.

It is imperative that women supplement their diet with crucial vitamins, minerals and herbs for a number of reasons. Not only is it important during times of added stress such as menstruation, but a women’s body tends to have additional stress for a number of reasons all year long.

Childbirth, preparation for childbirth, the after-effects of childbirth as well as menstruation and pre-menstruation all require additional nutrient intake. For older women, the issue of menopause and peri-menopause arises and this too is taxing on the delicate balance of hormones.

Add to all of these stage-of-life issues the daily stress of child-rearing and other issues and it is no wonder women need serious supplementation. Even if you are a woman who eats right and gets proper exercise, chances are you could benefit from additional supplementation. It is never too late to make sure you get the right nutrients for the healthiest life possible.
